Artist's Comments
A web layout a friend requested. He didn't really give me any specifations, so I just went off the top of my head.
I know he will have something to add and I hope so, as it serves a special purpose. According to him, people around his B-day write good things and bad things about him, and give it to him. He just wants an on-line version of this. I'm just posting it here so he can get a good look at it, and tell me what he thinks. I also like it even though it's really simple, so I decided to upload it. I used one font for the whole thing, which I'm starting to see as a bad habit (bad phildog, bad). It's pretty self explanatory. Comment form is at the top, while comments are at the bottom. I'll do the coding for the box latter, but I'll probably be using someone else's work as a base to save time on the server side code (Don't worry, I'll use strickly GPU stuff, me no stealy). The scrolling buttons at the top are going to be fun, you can see them inside the upper left text box. They are for scrolling, to keep the layout looking good. I've coded something like that before, so it will be easy now. The vanish when there is no need to scroll, and they also change appearance when being hovered upon. The negative space at the top is reserved for whatever I decide to put there latter. A logo, image, or something. |
